| 保存條件 | Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C. |

background: RAB proteins, such as RAB4B, are members of the RAS superfamily of small GTPases that are involved in vesicular trafficking (He et al., 2002 [PubMed 12450215]). Function: Protein transport. Probably involved in vesicular traffic (By similarity). Subunit: Interacts with SGSM1, SGSM2 and SGSM3 (By similarity). Interacts with RAB11FIP1, RABEP1, ZFYVE20 and RUFY1. Interacts (membrane-bound form) with NDRG1; the interaction involves NDRG1 in vesicular recycling of E-cadherin. Subcellular Location: Membrane; Peripheral membrane protein. Cytoplasm. Note=Generally associated with membranes. Cytoplasmic when phosphorylated by CDK1. Post-translational modifications: Phosphorylated by CDK1 kinase during mitosis. Similarity: Belongs to the small GTPase superfamily. Rab family.
